They put and out lied to me they told me I wasn't a member because I didn't renew my membership and it would cost $120 for renewal i said ok when I got home I told my wife so she grabbed the paper work and it showed that we renewed are membership last November,I have to admit my wife does the shopping there I've been a member since 2015 but have never shopped there I was quite surprised by they're pricing seemed very high even if it is mostly bulk I have know idea what the big deal is about to his store.

Feeling pretty miffed about our experience today in line with Tricia #65. We came in today to shop and had our girls with us, we typically do two transactions rather than just 1, to separate the purchases accordingly. First miss Tricia told us that only the member was allowed to make purchases and, than as I handed my card over to partner, miss Tricia said she “saw our sly move” and not to do it again. Tricia, you don’t know us, nor should you presume to know us. Whether we are married, roommates, business partners making a purchase on a personal card and a business card, it doesn’t matter. You were rude when you approached the topic, and you should be minding your own business. I’m sure a large percentage of Costco business comes from the purchases of family and friends, who of course don’t each have an individual membership. Costco still makes money off of these purchases. At the end of the day there is a right way to address your shoppers, especially ones (like most other I’m sure) who spend thousands of dollars in this store annually. Lastly, the policy online even dictates that one member of the household aside from the primary may have access to the account.

The costco employees at the store are phenomenal. I had not been to this store for quite a while.And I never remembered that it was as crowded as it was on this particular sunday afternoon. I don't know how they could handle this large group.But they did but it's an unpleasant shopping experience because you could barely move through the store. I've been a costco member since they first appeared on the scene, But I have never had an experience like this one.No matter how crowded it was the day before some event or holiday. I think I will stick to my bloomfield hill store on telegraph.
