I can't express enough how well their staff supports its customers! It was 2 days before the Labor Day weekend and I needed a Jace 8000 for my customer in the worst way! My current Jace had failed and I needed to get this building operational badly. Shaun Vancil in inside sales had a Jace overnighted for me to pick up the next day. He called me as soon as it arrived, got it licensed immediately and contacted Tech Support for me when I started having an issue with the SD Card. Kevin from tech support talked me through the issue and my customer was back on line with no issues! That's service that can't be matched

cochrane is a wonderful company that supports he local community and also supports sporting events for the high school. the workers at cochrane are very nice and respectful and always are willing to help!

Working with the friendly people at Cochrane Supply, all my experiences have been nothing but positive. Their counter staff is knowledgeable and fun which makes ordering a breeze and knowing you end up with the right part for the job.
