I took a watch to have links removed and a watch battery replaced. I believe the owner. Randy took care of me . He's always kind , professional and very reasonable. I've taken jewelry for repair and always been pleased. It's nice to feel welcome, even when only needing small repairs

I came in to get my necklace and pair of earrings fixed. The staff here was friendly, professional and had a nice sense of humor.
