I am pleased to share that I had a most pleasant experience at my local AT&T Store. The representative that assisted me was kind, supportive, truthful, and patient, in reference to all of my needs and inquiries. I will mention also that most of AT&T's representatives are pretty cool. But this young man, (I really regret not getting his name) went the extra mile. I ended up ordering that new phone that I so desperately needed. Keep up the good work at Dequindre & 12 Mile. (Madison Heights, MI.)
