I bought a pretty expensive vacuum on marketplace. The person told me it was in "like new" condition. When I got it home, the spindle didn't work, it had no suction at all and it was very loud. The person wouldn't reply back to me.. go figure. So I took my chances and found ABC vacuum. Brought it in, told me $80 to fix it, I said let's do it.
When I got it home and tried it, I was very happy. I have a vacuum that's now "like new"!! Thank you so much.

Can’t speak for the owner’s repair skills, but can share that I dropped off my vacuum in December and was told I would receive an estimate for repair in a couple weeks. Three months later (Feb) still no word so went and picked up the vacuum. Saying, “No, I can’t take on another repair” is a good business practice.

Needed to replace a broken belt. So quick, like maybe 5 minutes! Reasonable price : $5 for the belt, $5 for installation. Tape his card to your vacuum cleaner!

Great place! I took my vacuum in to get the cord reattached The only thing was it took longer than I expected but, that only told me that this was because they were trusted by their customers and did quality work. Which they did. My vacuum looked like it was brand new and worked better then it did before I dropped it off. I HIGHLY recommend ABC Vacuum Shop.

Nice place. Great service. Why 4 stars? Well, there was a lack of communication. Since I took my vac in for one thing, and it was some thing else. My vac was there one to two weeks and noone ever called with an update. That aside, I'll be back. My vac works great. I called in the morning to check, and it was ready by 130pm.

I took my Kirby vacuum to be repaired and the price was very reasonable and it was repaired within 30 minutes or less. They repair all different brands.

Vacuum like new and great service! I took our Oreck vacuum in for a switch that had broken. I didn’t know if it could be fixed but thought I’d give it a try. Not only as good as new but didn’t have to pay an arm and a leg. I would’ve paid twice the amount. Very knowledgeable about all different brands and very nice.

I was so please to find a vacuum repair shop that works on Kirby vacuums that has great availability & fair prices. I stopped in with my 22 y/o Kirby & the issues was diagnosed & fixed within 20 minutes. I was so thankful
