My husband and I went to the xfinity store on hall rd. With questions about our service. Robert took care of us yes really took care of us how WONDERFUL this representative gave us the BEST service we ever had. He was knowledgeable and actually wanted to help us. Wow He even downloaded the xfinity app for me so I can keep informed

I don’t really review but I had to say for a very busy location , and people frustrated with waiting times, etc. the young man at the front door was so great! He was happy, polite and tried to accommodate where he could! Also, Brandon did an amazing job helping me out. I saved a ton of money he was. Patient took time with me looked at other plans as my brain was scattered as to what I wanted and did it all with a smile, I am referring him wildly to friends and family !

I'm not a huge fan of Xfinity, but this store was very helpful and friendly. Jaylen greeted us, checked us in and tried to help troubleshoot our return. It was a bit of a wait, but it went smooth and they had a good system in place to get everyone taken care of. Thank you!

The staff member was so careless. I was trying to have service to my house, but he didn't care, I asked what can I have different from the web side, and the answer was nothing the question do you have some professional employees???

It gets very busy I suggest you schedule an appointment I had to wait 45 minutes that's a busy area. Every employee I spoke with was courteous and professional 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

"I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service at this Xfinity location. After our prepaid box stopped working, we visited the store and were told to bring the box back for a charge-free exchange. However, upon returning with the box, we were informed that the exchange wasn't possible without a specific plan or purchasing a new box.Frustrated, we left and to another location that guy gave us a number to call. To our surprise, the issue was resolved over the phone by resetting the box. This experience leads me to believe that this location is unreliable and misleading. To add insult to injury, we wasted gas money on two unnecessary trips. Very poor customer service!"

If I could give zero stars I would. My phone died unexpectedly so I went in to buy a new one. After waiting over a hour I finally go to a salesperson who told me that because I’m not the primary account holder (my husband is although I pay for the account) I couldn’t get a new phone. 2 people looked at my account before I even got to the salesperson and never mentioned that so I basically wasted my time for nothing. The added bonus was being told just to come back…great now I get to waste even more time.

Bianca helped me, and took time and care with everything I needed. She made sure my phone service was transferred correctly and everything was done properly. She went above and beyond, making my experience just wonderful! I hope to see her again if I need to go into the store.
