We stopped at the Plymouth Rd. location today, just because we were passing by. We got the Ceramic Platinum wash. Very nice, but they missed a spot on the rocker panel, behind the drivers side wheel, and the rear gate didn't get rinsed well (mini-van). Other than that, it's shining like a diamond. I imagine they have to get the wash dialed in. This is a brand new location. I'll go back again, another time.

I purchased a 30day special for 11.99. They have continually charged my card 19.99 for months after I asked the guy this is only a one time thing right???. I'm mad at myself for not catching this sooner and trusting them to be honest. Also, my SUV is not as clean as it was when it was JONs.

I have been coming to your car wash from when you opened and I DO NOT FEEL COMFORTABLE with your workers standing over me at the drive thru and taking my debit card from me to enter my transactionsI most specially think it is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL THAT THEY ASK YOU IF YOU WANT YO LEAVE THE WORKERS A TIP..I had present previously had an issue with this, and personally called and talked to the manager about it, most specially how that worker was really looking over my info on my debit card and I feel there should be a call button or a help button and if a customer need your help.

This place used to be great when it was Jon's. Now that it's WhiteWater Express it's terrible. The manual bays and the touch free bay are always broke or just shut down. If you try to call and just ask if one of the bays are open they put you on an indefinite hold before you can even ask a question. I can't imagine their receiving that many phone calls. Just disappointing.
