Today meeting Sunday I believe it's the 10th of March I'm almost positive that I have covid I came here and accidentally made the appointment for the wrong store to get a COVID test done they wouldn't even help me they sent me away I will never come back to this particular Walgreens again they can kiss my blank blank blank

Asked to speak to a manager was hung up on instead of transferring the call won't be coming back and transferring my prescriptions to cvs.

Pharmacy is terrible
Doctor called to submit the RX and since they were closing within 30 minutes they said they wouldn’t fill my 1 year olds prescription.
They are also really slow and seem to always be behind. Never friendly and seems like you are always bothering them.

Seriously worse pharmacy I've ever gone too. Things were good for a long time. Now it's an absolute disaster every time now for months! This is the last time I'm coming into this place!!!!

Make sure to check your receipts/credit card bill from this store. I was double charged and they make it a hassle to try to get your money back. I went in the store to get my refund and they blamed me as if it was my fault and still haven’t refunded me.

Carrie from the drive-through pharmacy is Absolute, horrible human!!! What a horrible experience I had my sick son in the car which is only 12 months old and I went to the drive-through for baby Motrin and she said I would have to go down and get itbecause get it and that it wasn’t within her reach, as she smirked. Carrie, you should not have that position to help people when in fact you’re doing the complete opposite I hope you are disciplined for your actions I’ll be sure to reach out to corporate and file a complaint.

The pharmacy staff is always so friendly. My prescriptions are filled quickly and I get notified by text when they are ready for pickup.

The pharmacy staff here are incompetent, will fail to contact you when needed, will waste your time and your gas. Never have I dealt with a Walgreens with people so ignorant! There are many other Walgreens in this general area, do not choose this one!

Bad experience with the employee at Walgreens today at 21 Mile and Hayes. Very rude when I asked if there was any more Diet Pepsi 12 packs. He rudely said everything we have is out and quickly walked away. Then At the checkout I asked about the $1.00 off on candy and he said It's all digital now, I'd have to do it myself without telling me how. I left all my purchases on the counter and left. Got what I needed at Rite-aid with a very courteous employee! Will not be shopping at this particular Walgreens again!!!

only 2 customers in the place. one shopping and me, when I asked red haired cashier for help with photos, she called for someone else and I waited several minutes while she did nothing. Funny how she had time to get another customers photos later when I was printing my pics. hmmm
