Pharmacist was rude and condescending. Not everyone who takes medication is evil. I will never go to a walgreens again.

Definitely not the best and not the absolute worst either. This store is usually a mess, their staff may or may not be friendly depends on the day. If you get your script filled here they tend to automatically place it into "insurance issue" even when the drug is covered and has always been covered just so they don't fill it in a timely manner. When I went to get my Covid 19 vaccine the people that did both shots were friendly and professional. Overall it is a hit or miss experience.

Today, 3/122, is the second time the pharmacy/ pharmacist screwed up my Rx. I am a cancer pt. Undergoing therapy and need certain meds at specific days for successful therapy. 1st time......my rx from my professional attending doctor was for Dialyvite.....pharmacist filled it for DAILYVITE. I told the pharmacist it was wrong...He said it was the correct medication and I was not saying it right. Come to find out....it WAS filled incorrectly by the pharmacist. Today.....I went to pick up medication, Revlimid,( special order), which I was told via phone that it was delivered and ready to go. I arrived to pick up my meds. , waited over an hour because the pharmacist stated the medication was "misplaced". It was revealed that the meds were refrigerated ( not supposed to be ,as stated on the chemocare form inside the order which was provided by the sending specialty pharmacy). Long story short ....Walgreens 21 and Card f ****d up again. Please review your prescriptions and be your own advocate....or have someone YOU TRUST double check their work!!!!!!!The pharmacy, including the pharmacist, the techs and the store manager seems overwhelmed....but that's how huge mistakes are made based on assumptions and therefore, it costs time, exorbant amounts of money and most important puts my already fragile health state in jeopardy. I have been in the health care field for 35+ years, my husband is a dentist and we would never let this happen in our office....as we understood the ramifications of carelessness/assumption when it came to patient care. Its really sad, frustrating, and wrong that this kind of supervised neglect occurs in a pharmacy you "trust" with your healthcare. If you have read this, make your own choice......but there is probably a common thread if you have had any prescriptions filled at this pharmacy!!!And, yes,......I am completely done with this pharmacy....so is my husband. I can not trust them to accurately fill my prescriptions and be 100% spot on when it comes to my health!!!!!!!

Worst ran operation. Never have scripts ready on time and always find myself going back. Not the best ran operation. Half tempted to find another pharmacy but located closest to home.

This is literally the worst run pharmacy you can go to. They call you to tell you that you have scripts ready. You tell them you will come get them. They always have a five care pile up in for pickup. You get to the window and they say they aren’t ready and it will be at least twenty mins to get them filled. This has happened at least five times here. NEVER AGAIN!

Certainly this has to be the worst run Pharmacy in Macomb county. Multiple times last week and now tonight we attempted to get prescriptions filled. We even called ahead and spoke to the pharmacist who assured us they would be ready - an hour later we arrive amd mot ready! Worse yet - maybe tomorrow. The place is a joke. The Store Manager should be embarrassed amd the pharmacist is a joke. Zero respect for the client, there needs our concerns - an absolute farce. Congratulations on being just horrible as you would have to make it the driving force in your life to be this bad!.

Just awful. Staff is extremely rude. No greeting when checking out, not even hello. The photo department-LMAO SUCKS!!!!!!! Get an offer for a great deal on pics--GOOD LUCK actually getting them! They're out of paper(for real?), the equipment is down, they're out of the frames.....seriously completely disgusted. The order that they actually fulfilled was COMPLETELY WRONG, but I just kept it rather than fight any more. SO DISGUSTED

The 21 Mile and Card store is a complete abomination. They consistently bill me incorrectly and every time I go in there is a problem. The staff is completely unhelpful. They have no idea how to fix anything and just blame it on the computer. Tonight the clerk out in my information so many times it recognized it as fraudulent and blocked her from doing anything. Now here I am without my prescription. This is unacceptable. And they have the audacity to tell me the pharmacy manager and store manager will not be in until Monday, which is three days away.

They have become terrible about how long for filling the prescriptions. They tell you the prescriptions are ready, then you go and wait for 40 more minutes. They are always changing people and pharmacists. NEVER THE SAME PEOPLE. ALSO, THEIR LABELS ARE TERRIBLE. THEY ARE HALF PEELING OFF WHEN received. They are doing NOTHING about it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM, THIS STORE HAS become a nightmare to pick up your PRESCRIPTIONS.

They usually have something I'm looking for on sale or clearance. When the other pharmacy across the street is out of stock of the meds I need, I come here and they can fill it without any problems. They are also a lot faster than the competition across the street. Pricing seems ok considering it isn't a grocery store. You will pay more for snacks and treats, etc than you would at a regular grocery store but that is to be expected, or at least it should be. The store itself is organized and clean. Everything is usually lined up and appealing to the eye. I could spend at least an hour browsing around. They also have the photo developing and the kiosk. The photos I had printed were good. They were of the same quality that you would get from any other place that allows you to submit photos and pick them up later.

I came to this location to fill my prescription and one of the pharmacist (Tammy) spent at least 20 minutes dealing with my insurance company trying to figure out why my medication could not be filled. The reason ended up being a technical issue but Tammy was determined to straighten out the issue when most pharmacist would tell the customer to call the insurance themselves. We need more individuals like this in the work force that actually put the customer first, thanks Tammy and Wallgreens!

The manager is really nice. He let us use the 40% off for photos that is supposed to be only for online orders. My sister's phone does not allow her to do it online for some reason. She got a lot of photos. Theh have a lot of sales for toys, Early Christmas shopping? They have a huge sale on Halloween items and candy, yum! I found great deals on snacks, some chips and candy. Lots of sales on those name brand waters core and life water. The store is really clean and organized. The bathrooms were okay compared to other Walgreens and CVS stores I have been to. Much cleaner than other stores, but not perfect. Lots of helpful workers around as well.
