The service they provide at the store is amazing best I've had in a while. Lawrence had assisted me and my wife gave me a vast selection of phones to pick out of transferred. My service got me a case, screen, protector, and a charger all for an amazing value. I would recommend this place to anybody that is in Macomb area!

Probably my worst experience ever, all they did was tell me what I wanted to hear and lied about what I was paying. Never got a receipt. I told him what I want my monthly plan to be and they said they can make it happen when instead when I got my first bill it was over $450 which they told me it was only going to be $165 and no hidden cost. I made a claim to try to fix it, and nothing was fixed, more lies, and even the Verizon person was on the phone with me what tell me how rude they were. They added on more stuff without asking me I will never go back to a third-party Verizon dealer Again. They also told me my screen protectors were free which they charge me and when transferring my phone didn’t tell me there was an additional price which you should always say there’s an additional price. I’m still paying over $80 more than what they may, and nothing I can do therefore will never go back to that store again. I will not take liars or people to take your money just to make them selves look good….

went in see about how i could get my screen fixed on phone what i had thought was a crack blake looked said wasnt the screen but screen saver i wasnt really sure blake assured me saying been doing this for 8 years didnt have one there but least had idea where check blake said get one brng it back help put screen saver on did took it back big thanks blake

This place is a rip off. Don't believe any promos they offer. I bought a number of lines last year from them and never received any of the bill credits offered. This is an authorized retail store, not a corporate location. These guys are only worried about getting their commission, not customer service liked you'd find at a retail store. Locations like these are the used car lots of cellphone stores.
