I honestly don't know if the fault is with this Verizon store or Verizon itself, since nobody can provide any information. I ordered a new phone from Verizon by phone and dropped off my old phone at this location with the self addressed sticker at this location, (Verizon said I could drop it off at any location, and since I bought the original phone here, why not) Lo and behold Verizon never received the phone so now my trade in does not exist and I have to pay full price for the phone. The Verizon employees informed me that since I used the self addressed sticker they don't create a tracking number. Therefore I'm stuck paying full price for the phone. I was a Verizon member for 24 years, but since I got screwed major on this transaction, I'm going elsewhere ASAP. Screw Verizon to the moon and back.

Consumer beware!!!!! Worst phone buying experience of our lives, worst customer service and tons of lies. I will never step foot in this store again, not only did they sell me outdated equipment, they messed up my bill so bad that it took months correct it, and I am still paying way more than I was promised. Save your time and money and go to a real verizon store, don't waste your time and money here, our phones aren't even 8 months old and are working so poorly that we need to replace them. Worst experience ever.

Laurence was amazing!! Our new home has very limited internet options. Every other verizon said the internet wouldn’t work at our address. He gave us a 30 day trial to give it a shot and it works amazing!!! Thank you!!

My wife and I have always received excellent service here. I was in yesterday to upgrade to the iPhone 15 Pro, and Fadi was awesome in explaining everything clearly and actually made it a fun experience. Thank you!
