“Disaster struck and i lost my home and my vehicle, shopping for a car is always stressful and things happen but the caliber of people you surround yourself with can make or break an outcome. I talked to many different toyota dealers and different sales people at this particular dealership. There were dealer installed items added in the price that were not mentioned to me at all. I assumed I was getting what was on the window sticker. Not window sticker plus these extras. Had I known that I would have had them not included and my price would have been $10 less a month. Really soured the experience bit.”
