I went in to find a dress for a wedding and didn’t realize that most have to be custom ordered about 2 weeks in advance, but there is still the option to buy one if you can find one in your size that you like ! The young lady was very sweet and helped me to find dresses in my size and was very attentive as I tried them on. Although I didn’t find one today for the wedding next week, I was very pleased with my experience and now I know where to go if I need dresses in the future!

Just left the store after the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! This girl had her old son with her at work and he was chasing my kids around but had the audacity to tell me “watch your kid” (who is only 2) !! She was lazy and didn’t want to let me try a dress on my daughter before purchasing honestly it’s shameful I hope she never works in customer service again.

Went with my wife and her sister to look for a dress for my wife. There was only one employee who remained behind the desk looking at her phone. Did not offer help until asked. Not helpful in offering selections.

My coworker sent me to this store. She saw a green dress for $66 with one side no sleeve. I could not find exactly what I was looking for but I’ll be back. This place has dresses that are perfect for weddings or a 21st birthday trip to Chicago ❤️

I was looking forward to purchasing my daughter a dress. However, my experience was overshadowed by the customer service. I picked out a cute little dress and proceeded to look around. I was approached by a young lady that took the dress from my hands, looked at the size of the dress, looked at me and pointed me to a different selection of dresses as if the dress I PICKED wasn’t suitable for me!! She didn’t know I was buying the dress for my Daughter because she didn’t ask! She then put the dress she took from me back on the rack. So she just decided for me what I should and shouldn’t buy. It was extremely rude and not the way you treat customers.

They are never open when they are suppose to be. The sign on the door and the website state their hours of operations and when we arrive to the store it is closed. It has occurred 4 times this month. We like a dress in the window or else i would not have ever tried that many times. I understand that is is independently owned but that is very unprofessional and inconsiderate of customers time.
