This is my favorite blood work lab. The techs are very nice and friendly. I just had to wait for about 40 mins, even though I feel it could have been faster. I had to go to work and I needed to have breakfast. But my experience with scheduling and all has also been very good

God help you if you need anything from these jerks. The worst administrative staff ever. I needed a medical leave and it got rejected because Natalie didnt fill it out although she promised she would do it. I saw the form and she wrote nothing specific or even general. She took 4 business days to respond to an urgent request after I sent multiple emails, phone calls and voicemails Absolutely awful attitude because she didnt want to be bothered. I will go elsewhere for my PCP needs because now they are messing with my health, job security and illness. Save the headache and dont bother even calling them because youll never make it through the rat maze of a call system.

I debated this review but its really true. The office staff upfront is ok. The back staff....the walls are not made of stone ladies. When you talk crap about patients we can hear you. The dr is dismissive and all about that dollar. Send a message. Every untimely reply is make an appointment. Make a telehealth. I already read my results in my chart instead of a phone call and sending something to the pharmacy we have to play the money game where you dont prescribe meds unless I make an appointment. You ordered the tests and I paid for them and now I pay you a $100 to read them to me. You can call me on the phone and escript. You have to be sick on the correct day so you dont have to drive 20 miles just to see YOUR primary care because of multiple offices and rotation. 3 phone calls and again in person to fix an insurance issue that they had wrong. Once I had 10 pages of someones chart uploaded to my account. Huge HIPPA violation. Then again July 1st 2022 when the receptionist handed someone elses imaging orders to the wrong person. Its been inconsistent and nothing but a money grab. No real care or concern for the patient....we are just customers running our credit cards getting mediocre care. Weeks of trying to communicate and being pushed to my GYN who is booking out into October. Instead the GYN nurse has been able to tell me what tests to order from my primary so that all the results are in my chart so they can actually help me. I have literally been messaging asking for tests that should of been ordered. Such as hormome levels and

Male physician dismissed me repeatedly a few years ago regarding concerning symptoms, now I have to take medication for the rest of my life because it wasn't caught early. Instead of taking my pain seriously, he prescribed me anxiety medication upon the very first time meeting me... I wasn't looking for anxiety medication and never took it, I was looking for answers as to why I was in pain. Why are y'all prescribing women anxiety medications instead of taking their pain and health concerns seriously? Ordered a test for a different issue and told me how much it was so I could make an informed decision on whether to pursue it or not. Paid the amount since I could handle it financially, but then months later they sent a bill for hundreds of dollars after they coded it wrong to the insurance. Giant ordeal to get it straightened out. Now I know that they even diagnosed wrong after the test. Going here was a huge pain.

Sadly we won't be returning to silver pines. Called to make my son an appointment today because I suspect strep throat with only a sore throat no other symptoms. As soon as I answered no to their question of is he vaccinated against Covid I was told he must do a tella health visit. I then asked if he was vaccinated would he be seen in office. Receptionist replied yes. Are u kidding me!!!!! Vaccinated kids can have covid, and give it too!!!!! This is discrimination beyond Belief. I hope u guys get sued!!!!

Just had my first apt, I saw Dr Habicht. I expected a long wait, but was seen almost immediately. I ended up needing a test and the tech had an opening and fit me right in. I basically had 2 appointments and was in and out within 45 minutes. Everyone was super kind, helpful, and reassuring. I'm definitely glad I came here and I will return.

I have seen Dr. Tangalos for over 10 years , and have seen 7 of his associates down thru the years . [Doctors Hichme , Crandall, Guevara, Habicht, McCarty, Gikas , Kotsonis ] and I would go back and see any of them , all great Doctors that spend time and answer questions . Wait times are usually minimum but you must realize how people come in with one issue and end up with a list, which even i have done before. Also some people are in bad shape at the appointment and should of went to the ER which delays things as the Doc must spend additional time with them. They have had people arriving with heart attacks and other major issues , according to a retired Beaumont Professor / Doctor in the family. Like the ER , the person in front of you may be in worse shape than you are , which may delay your wait time or maybe one of the other Doctors on the team could be sick that day which may make for some delays . STUFF HAPPENS . When your health takes a turn with a need for a Specialist , they know who to pick from the areas best , from my personal gastro , heart , neurology referral experiences . To wrap it up , Dr. Tangalos and Dr. Kotsonis , the founders of Silver Pines Group do an exceptional job at picking their team from what i have seen. No , i dont work there , no one that works there is in our family , this post is just a well deserved review

Doctor Tangalos is great, My family and I our completely satisfied with the care that has been given to us. Staff is great quick with referrals and callbacks. Never waited more than five minutes in the waiting room before appointments.

Doctor Tangalos and PA Krim fantastic. Staff could get more involved, especially at a Doctors Office. Responses to Referals could use a look see of the pr9cess as well.

I had an appointment scheduled and when I show up for it I sign in and sit down(already checked in online). After over 15 minutes someone calls me over to the desk to tell me they don't have an appointment for me. Unbelievable. They claim I canceled it so after some digging and showing them my phone records it's obvious I never called to cancel the appointment especially not at the time they claim. In this fiasco I ended up missing another appointment I had scheduled right after and of course was not seen by anyone here so they totally wasted my day and I'm still in pain as I can't see anyone for 2 days now. Save yourself and go somewhere else, I know I'm looking to change practices now.
