the worst experience in a dealership. Super long waiting time, adding extra packages at the very end, short of hand. Don't know what to say. Hope that they can improve user experience one day.

On our trip from Toronto to auburn hills our Subaru dash started lighting up like a Christmas tree. We happened to be passing by Fox Subaru so we pulled in and asked for help. The service department was fantastic and helped us get on our way to our destination. Great service and very friendly!

Eric C from Service is great and helped me a lot with my vehicle. Ever since I purchased my Outback in 2021 Jason Vela and Eric C have always checked in and helped me when needed. They are very professional and timely. You can tell they are looking out for the customer and their experience, rather than to collect money from people as I have experienced at other dealers. They truly show you the Subaru difference!

My sales representative, Molly Fisher did not only handle things with accuracy but also respected my time as well. My wife and I were looking for a 2024 Subaru Ascent Limited; the dealership just received one in, and since they are hard to find, we jumped on the opportunity with the unbeatable price they offered us.
I checked with numerous dealerships around the Michigan area. Fox Subaru of Macomb (with one other dealer) was the only dealer that showed concern, so for that our family has a great car.
Thank you again for the wonderful service, and Molly Fisher is a great asset to the dealership as well.
Also, just to add the frosting to the cake, the manager 2 hours before delivery sent us a personal video in front of our new car that we chose, explaining how he appreciates our business and cannot wait to meet us when we come in. That was a great personal touch.

Thanks to the Fox Subaru Macomb team for a fantastic car buying and trade-in experience. I worked primarily with Jackie, who was very knowledgeable, thorough and helpful throughout the process. I also worked with Lisa, who made the financing process seamless. Everyone was so kind and pleasant to work with. I felt that I was given a fair and honest deal both for the car I purchased and my trade in. So happy with my new vehicle!

Another great experience. I usually don't take time out to write reviews unless I am compelled to do so. Besides getting a great car for my son, Alex Skatkov the sales person is five stars! My other son bought a used car from Fox Subaru a round 7 -8 years ago and its still drives good.When I told my co workers about the car for my son they all seem to know about the excellent reputation that Fox Subaru have. I care about others , and if you want not to waste your time and be treated fair and honestly go there. Alex and Lisa really impressed us.

I've been going here for 10 years. Happy with sales and service.
Recently purchased a Forester with the help of Molly. She is knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. She asked great questions to get the best feel for what I needed in a car. Car shopping with Molly was like buying a car from a friend. She definitely made the process more enjoyable! Highly recommend Molly for your next car purchase.
The only down side is that the seats are super uncomfortable during the buying process, be sure to pack your patience. Once you get in the back office, the chairs are much more comfy.
