Chris strutz I think you're leaving a review of the wrong business. I don't detail cars for the public so it's impossible that I didn't show up twice. My company specializes in auto detailing for the car companies at their autoshows and car events nationwide. It'd be appreciated if you could delete this incorrect review.

Worst car wash I have ever had.... only 1/2 of the sprayers were working, not even putting out soap. Get half way through the car wash and you get nothing else..... the only thing they had going for them was the free vacuum today.... spent 10 dollars for the pro wash and ended up getting what a garden hose could do.... very frustrating

I wouldn't trust my 911 GT2 for detailing to anyone else other than Pro Image! And the product they use luminous is amazing. I use it on all of my cars.

The service here is always great. I've been coming here for years. I really like that they hand prep my car before I go through the wash. The free vacuums are pretty great too. I get my car detailed a couple times a year, and I've never been disappointed. They really take the time here to give personal attention and go the extra mile in a way that many businesses don't do.

Disappointed with the exterior detail I was given today. I spoke with the owner in regards to my concerns and asking to make it right. Nothing was offered to fix the issue or address concerns, simply that my car was in "Rough" shape and dirty. I have always been very conscious of my car and did acknowledge the small scuffs and dings I had but to pickup my car and find more scratches that were not there prior has me extremely upset. Not to mention my rims are still yellow, and not cleaned. Also was told that they would require a special cleaning and when I've asked to pay the extra to do that I was told he wouldn't suggest it. Felt like I was disregarded and not given the time of day. I will not be returning after this incident. I have been a frequent customer with the car wash side of the business and this experience was frustrating and again it's been overall disappointing. To update: I also visited a local detailer in town for a second opinion as well and they state how there are certain areas on the vehicle that could have been corrected, and done a more proper way considering the residue on my rims was wiped with his finger. It's unfortunate that a business cannot take the means to correct a problem and make it right with the customer.
