Have been taking my dog here for a year now and I couldn’t be happier.I did a ton of research before I found them, and so glad I did! It is super clean and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. My dog actually gets excited to go there when I pull into the plaza, which tells me all I need to know about his grooming experience. I am particular about his grooming and the way he looks and they have delivered each and every time!

Dr. Marilyn, Julie, and the rest of the staff are absolutely the best. Our kitten, Terra, had special needs. She was FeLV positive and, early on, the prognosis was very grim. Dr. Marilyn helped us nurse her back to good health and we ultimately were granted 9 wonderful years with her, which was almost unthinkable at the beginning.We will always be thankful and gracious for everything St. Francis did to give our girl a long, happy life.

Dr. Berk and assistant Melissa were absolutely amazing with my boy! They were extremely thourough, very nice, and TOOK THEIR TIME which is very rare! We have made the decision to officially change our vet after going to Richmond vet for a good 10 years. Thank you so much for taking care of Ruger; we will certainly be back (but hopefully not too soon!!)
