“I moved to the area recently and wanted to not deal with navigating a giant home improvement store and I like quality paint, so spotted this store of off 94 headed west on my way home. Immediately I was met by a wonderful employee who helped me through color choices and brands and was very helpful, as I was tired after work. As a woman, I try to frequent businesses where men are understanding of some thing we women deal with, especially projects. He could not have been more progressive and empathetic in his customer service skills. He was in his 20's, but had the maturity of someone in their 50's. How grateful I was to select paint, get some tools and have a conversation predicated on respect. This is a rare occurrence for women sometimes. I highly recommend this store, as a business is only as good as its employees and management and judging by my encounter, this employee was a rock star and this place was a 2022 example of being cognizant of the diversity of customers and their needs. Kudos. Great parking and easy to grab and go for tour paint needs. Go on in and get some paint!”
“Had a less than stellar experience across the street with the Lowe’s paint department, so we stopped in to Sherwin-Williams as we needed to pick up paint ASAP. Both associates were super kind, and they got us the paint we needed. It was a custom color, and the cost of the gallon was super expensive. they heard us say we were going to leave it for the next people, and asked what we were using it for. We told them we had some touch ups to do as we were moving soon, and Nick went above and beyond to find our current condo association account to offset the cost of the gallon of paint. Huge thank you to the staff- we really appreciate you turning the day around and helping us out!”
“Life Savers...I needed to find the color of a room I had painted 10 years ago, just for small touch-ups..I had nothing, no name, no leftover paint..I looked up and saw that I had painted the vent cover..we took it off the wall, took it in to SW, they matched the paint perfectly..kudos..❤️??”

“The sales person was a great help in picking the best paint for what I needed. I had my 3 year old grandson with me taking some paint samples and they were being so nice too him. Sometimes it’s hard to keep a 3 year old entertained. He only wanted ocean colors. He took two blue samples home with him and played with them and showed them to everyone.
