From making the appointment for my Jeep to be serviced to picking it up was so easy. I loved that they texted me all the information about my car before any work was done ( the text even had pictures of my car). Jeff, at the front desk made me feel like I was very important. GreatWater will be my first call foe any work I need done in the future

I was skeptical not going to an authorized Ford Dealer but these guys were very knowledgeable and professional. They even found a couple of things the Ford Dealer didn’t see a couple of weeks ago. Fortunately they are both covered under my warranty otherwise I would have had them fixed. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

It's disappointing that Greatwater and Midas seem to be similar. If Midas is running a scam, then it's likely that Greatwater is too. Let me talk about my experience with Midas. They charged me to inspect a simple exhaust leak and then quoted me an exorbitant $400 to fix it. It's frustrating that they tried to overcharge me, especially since I found another place that fixed it for only $40 without charging for the inspection. I want to warn others not to trust Great Water, as they seem to be operating in a similar dishonest manner. Consider this a warning.

I will take my car back here everytime. They were amazing , helpful , knowledgeable . Jeff is the man, he helped me out big and he’s my go to guy now for any car issues . Barely made it up there with my car being so messed up and left with it driving the best it ever has!

I brought my truck here because it was really loud and I thought that my Cadillac converter was missing. Come to find out it was still there but needed a lil tweak and the guy I hate that I didn't get his name took care of it and it's so quiet now. I will definitely recommend this shop for any car issues. They were nice, knowledgeable and professional. Thanks again fellas!

Outstanding service from GreatWater 360. I cannot find a better place to bring my cars for service. I've been coming here for years and while they were good under their old name, Kozak Mr Muffler, they made some big improvements and they're even better now as GreatWater.
Billy is the best mechanic, hands down. He is honest, knowledgeable and meticulous with everything he works on. He's the reason I keep coming back here. Jeff is one of the best managers, too. I really like the way he treats his customers and staff. They all make sure their customers are happy and satisfied from start to finish. Finally, a business that I can count on for honesty and excellent work. Definitely recommend GreatWater 360 Auto Care in Macomb. Keep up the great work, guys!
