We shop at this Kroger very frequently and have yet to have a bad experience before the other day. I was assisting my mother with grocery shopping, she is almost 70. My mother was purchasing an age restricted item, and they requested the ID of the person paying. Okay that's my mother so she gave hers to be scanned. I was then told I was not able to help her in anyway with paying or scanning/bagging the remaining items because it wasn't my ID they scanned. Even after assuring them, I am well above age, and offering my own ID they were still being incredibly rude and threatening to remove the age restricted item all because I placed coins in the machine. It made me very angry because I also have a 90 year old wheelchair bound grandmother who I take shopping here who also wouldnt be able to do these tasks without my assistance. It just made me very upset and for once I may have no choice but to call cooperate although I'm not generally that type of person. Unfortunately I failed to take the name of the incredibly rude employee working checkout that day. I understand people buy stuff for their under age children but when I am more then willing to prove that I too am above legal age and still treated like this is absolutely unacceptable.

Diane, store manager for the evening, very nasty, not willing to do her job. When I asked for her name she removed her name tag and started waving it in my face almost hitting me. When I confronted her that she isn’t doing her job, she told me to call the cops. All I needed was the code for sodastream returnable.

Very nice people, very clean. They used to have an amazing meat counter where I could get great thick cut steaks for the grill but that is not a thing anymore.

Lots of bread and raw meat with only a few days left until they go bad, this has been happening for years. Super cramped guest services. Why have the line form in the area people are leaving the checkouts with their shopping carts?!? A receipe for disaster on a busy day. And let's not forget Kroger has the worst self checkout kiosks in the land regardless of who's working there. Sad that this is the closet supermarket for my dad but glad that the Meijer grocery isn't much farther away.

All customers regardless of age must have their driver license scanned to purchase alcohol. The store policy is that they scan it. No exceptions even for old guys like me. No thanks.

You were out of the 1/2 gallons of milk, so I got the gallon of milk because when they have been out of half gallon, they would price adjust the gallon. The cashier "Nina" would not price adjust the milk. Very unfriendly.

This is probably the best Kroger I've ever been to. I love how big is it and how spacious all the aisles are. We also found a couple of delicious hidden jets. My local kroger isn't bad, but it could fit inside this place 3 times. The store and bathrooms were very clean.

Unfortunately, this is the worst kroger in my area as far as customer service goes. The customer service women that work at the front desk is unbelievable rude and nasty to ALL customers even olds ones. The managers are even worst and offer no help to any issue you have. I really do not understand how customers still spend money in this location. I would rather talk to a stocker instead of customer service. The cashier are not as friendly either they barely speak. SMH do better! I thought it was just ok before becoming an employee but I really seen how they treat customers after I started to work there, which is the reason why I left. I didn't want to be apart of a company who mistreat customers. Just read the previous reviews, no lie is told.
CHAD and DANA is some of the worst people i've ever encountered in my LIFE. This location reeks of miserable people, I actually feel bad for them. New change needs to happen ASAP!

My wife ordered a cake online to be picked up today. It's my son's 9th birthday. I went in and the lady at the bakery could not find it. I showed her the order on my phone. She was so awesome, she said "give me 20 minutes and I'll make it for you"! I wish I got her name it was 10:20 am 1/14/2024. She didn't have to do that, she could of said "sorry it's not here". Thank you so much! You are genuinely a very good person

Okay this supermarket is a major grocery store so they should have more than one cashier checkout lane open it's absolutely ridiculous this happens a lot at this location. So of course you have to do the self checkout which takes longer and the machines have errors and have to wait for the cashier for help. Also this Kroger has most of the time brown or almost bad bananas my question is why can a fruit market have fresh bananas and Kroger can't...I know bad management. Oh also Kroger prices are higher than Meijer. Now that Meijer opened at 24 and Hayes I will be shopping there goodbye high priced Kroger. Good luck.
