Decent place. It’s kept clean. I try to be as simple as possible. I got charged twice for a hair product, which I understand things happen. I totally get it. Accidents happen. When I went in to talk to the staff about it, Jolene was very nice. She helped me figure out what the discrepancy was and apologized about it. She couldn’t figure out how to credit so she had Emily help. I wasn’t even trying to be mean about it but when Emily came to help, it seemed like an attitude towards me and didn’t seem apologetic at all. Just hmm I don’t know how that happened. I had great customer service the few other times I went into that location but idk I don’t think I’m going to be going back after the latest experience.

This location is very clean and all the girls are very professional. Jolene was my stylist and she did a great job! I'll definitely be back. Thank you for the great experience.

They take walk-ins, which most people already know this— but sometimes this equals a not-so-great experience. Not here. As soon as I sat down and briefly explained what I needed done to fix my horribly dry, damaged hair (I’m awful at giving directions on this matter, I never know what I want or what would look good on me) the experienced and very knowledgeable Abbey took the reins and kindly suggested what I should do. I took her advice and she expertly washed and cut my hair; I’m beyond pleased with the results! She had her work cut out for her with my hair and she still knocked it out of the park. She advised me on what I should be using on my unmanageable, coarse (and frankly, pretty drab) hair and I’m not disappointed in the least. Worth every penny! Ask for Abbey!To top it all off, she’s very funny and sweet :)Service: Haircut
