The worst, never buy into there warranty policy it’s a scam.I can write a novel on how Gardner White doesn’t hold up to what they say. I’m not sure where to begin, but let’s just say Gardner White has been making things so difficult for me and putting me through hell. Here are some pictures and examples of what happened and why I would not recommend them.So, back in February of 2023 is when we placed the order, a very important key factor is we needed the furniture before April 9th 2023.We needed them before Easter andGW said we should have all the products available way before that date. It’s August and we received these items. See pictures below. Coffee table screws came off within 10 minutes after installation.Received two dining chairs instead of four. The mattress had a ripp in it.The base was so loud my neighbors could hear it. The dining table wasn’t new,The worst thing I’ve purchased, the vibration base, it’s so loud it doesn’t let you relax. Gives you a migraine and headaches from the noise. I purchased a mattress from Gardner White and I have body aches from how horrible the mattress is. Especially when I try adjusting the mattress the vibration of the base makes it worse for my back and neck. I have neck and shoulder pain since I purchased it. I had to pay $800 more to change the mattress. Spent over 7to 8 thousand dollars and they don’t want to fix the Johnathan Louis design lab couches.

I was very happy with my experience with garner white furniture. When I went in the store I was greeted and had a sales floor person with me instantly showing me what I exactly wanted. I had my set delivered on a specific date and it came exactly right on time . Im very happy with my products and from the beginning of stepping into the store to the end where it was delivered gardener white did a great job providing me with all my updates bout my product. I will defently recommend gardener white Shelby Michigan.

Gardner White furniture is a good store, but I would come back mainly for my salesperson Stacey. He was amazing and knowledgeable. He didn’t hover and left me time to browse while checking up occasionally. He explained the warranty in detail (which I bought) as well as delivery and setup details.Like Gardner White, loved my salesman.

I purchased BOGO pillows that absolutely did NOT work for me. They do not all returns on pillows (or any bedding). There's a QR code on your receipt that you're supposed to know that it has their policy! Now I'm stuck with the pillows and out a lot of money! Totally bummed!!!

Dianna was great! Answered all of our questions regarding mattresses. The only bummer was that the adjustable base is on backorder. :( We thought about getting the upgrade base, but we felt that the upgrade cost was too much.
