If I could give no stars I would. I never leave reviews, but when I walked in the staff was very unwelcoming and denied me service. There were only 4 other customers in the shop. This experience left a very bad taste in my mouth and the shop also had very foul smell.

If you are looking for a reason not to go to chop shops anymore, Here’s my experience. The staff is alright but their work is rushed. I know with me being walk in can feel a little bit too much especially if they’re busy which is why I wont be very picky but my first time getting my nails done here they came out crooked. When I told the lady to fix it she barely did and was ready to rush out the door. The second time was decent but the shape was wonky as well . My third time here, this nail lady burned my nails 4 times with her drill. When I told her to stop and move on to the next step she persisted and continued and cut me off when I was trying to tell her it’s getting too painful. I just know I have rings of fire and now I’m more inspired to do my own nails. Also they didn’t have any of the colors I wanted so that was nice. Save your money and invest it in learning how to do your own nails instead having to deal with dirty filers and bits used on 30 other clients prior to you. I respect the hustle of these chop shops but it’s not ethical to do this to a client with a simple fill and solid color service.

My nails are actually very pretty and the lady who did them was thorough in her work. The reason for this one star review is the way that i was treated when I walked in the salon & I believe i was overcharged for a fill in. When i walked in, I asked if there were any walk ins available and no one answered my question for maybe a solid 3-5 minutes. They talked to each other in their native language for a couple seconds but did not confirm if they had anyone available for several minutes. The only reason i didn’t turn around and walk straight out is because I was in a time crunch and didn’t have time to try the other place down the road. When my service was completed, after being told to “go over there” by the man at the front, I was then charged $60 for a fill in. I thought that seemed extremely high but I’m not one to argue about the price of something, i will just pay it and not return if i don’t like it. However, I’m new to the area and they don’t have their prices listed so i have no clue what standard pricing is for this place. When i asked how much a full set would have been she then told me $55. She said mine was $60 because i had a chipped nail she had to fix and she SLIGHTLY filed nailed down. It still doesn’t add up to being more than a full set and if the pricing is that much higher, i should have been informed or the transaction should have been itemized so i know exactly what I’m paying for. I will never return again and I hope they treat other new clients better than the way they treated me.

I've been going to Kim for almost two years now, and I can't imagine trusting anyone else with my nails. Not only does she do an absolutely amazing job every time, but she's also such a genuine and kind person to talk to. She truly listens to what you want and makes sure you leave with nails you love. Whether I come in with a specific idea or need her creative input, Kim always does a great job! If you're looking for someone who's talented, detail-oriented, and genuinely cares about her clients, I can't recommend Kim enough!

I’ve been going here for about 6 years and I’ve seen Andy every time. He is my favorite and always does an amazing job on my nails and toes. I will never go to anyone else as long as he’s still doing nails!

Ouch! Nicked my toe and then said it was a hang nail. The cut is not in the area of a hang nail. The bleeding was not stopped when she started painting the nail. Then she used the brush with acetone to clean up paint where the cut was at. I left before having my nails done. I just could not trust that it would go right. Paid for the service, no apology from the women. Worst experience at a nail salon ever!

The rudest staff I’ve ever experienced in all my years of getting my nails done. The owner and staff are uncouth. This place doesn’t even offer updated services. If you’ve never been here you aren’t missing anything.
