We were shopping at a nearby bike store and decided to check out this Dollar Tree store as we were in need of gift ideas for wrapping a baby shower gift. The store could use some serious tidying up and organizing but when I interacted with 3 different staff members they were all very helpful and friendly. I wish I had more than the few minutes available to browse the store as there are so many varied, interesting, useful, low-priced items to look at. I didn't find what I came in for but I left with a scrub brush, a spatula and some hard-to-find chicklets gum. We will be back to see what new items have been added.

The 16 mile and schoenherr dollar tree was horrible, especially the bathrooms. Not one piece of toilet paper or hand towels were available, and they were filthy! Stock was laying in misc aisles, items were left in the wrong places. Doesn't anyone check or clean this store....soooo gross. I have no plans to return to this location.

I have lived close to this location for over a year now, but finally went to this location for the first time today. The store itself was clean and organized and well stocked, but my experience with my cashier was awful. I had my $15 worth of items in a basket I played on the checkout lane like I have at any other location (I had ~10-ish items in my basket and to save space on the check-out lane for the customers behind me, I placed my basket on the belt). When it was my turn, my cashier very passive-aggressively, and silently walked around the counter and started placing my 10 items onto belt with the growing line.... I stood there shocked for a second and said as there were 2 or 3 items left in the basket that I'd take care if it. A few other awkward interactions happened while everyone else in line looked clearly uncomfortable with the entire interaction. My intentions were truly to make things more convenient with all parties involved, but after today, I'll continue to drive an extra 2 miles down Hall Road to shop at that location.

Car was not that clean. There was still dust on the console and it didn't appear that they even cleaned the dust off the back seat and hutch.
