Can somebody please explain why every single time, no matter what time of the day I go, it takes over 30 minutes to pick up a prescription? So frustrating!

Cant even speak to a live person in the pharmacy. Very frustrating and did not assist me at all.

I am not sure who is worst. The pharmacy or cvs wear house. First of all, I am tired of hearing "we are out of stock." Second of all is " cvs wear house is closed on weekends ".
Why? We are talking about medications that some of us can't skip a dose or two, just because you are not proactive or organized.
My recent refill, like usual, is out of stock again. I complained, and I was advised to check other cvs locations. I mean, why have I chosen your location? Why should I do your job? Why we should go over and over the same issu?
The corporation should find some solution for this "out of stock"and " wear house is not open on weekends " issue, and make sure people get their medications on time. Don't let people suffer and skip their meds. Our quality of life depends on them, and we need them on time.

Al Walgreens need to be shut down, just saying they have no true real courtesy! The immune delivery pharmacies are gayer than them! And you guys never have my prescriptions at all on time never have u ever had them on time!

The pharmacy lacked experience. My son is allergic to nsaids, and they recommended benadryl, which is an nsaid. Look out up. It was the first anaphylaxis shock he ever had because some other inexperienced nurse gave it to him. Reminds me that pharmacists are NOT real doctors, so do not ask for advice from them. They're just there to fill prescriptions. :) Otherwise, I'd give 4 stats for the comfy store layout n nice cashiers.

This store location is awesome! The staff is always very helpful, the store is very organized, and everything is stocked. The focus on customer service is very apparent. I prefer this CVS over many others that are local.

When my meds were delivered the quantity was wrong. The Pharmacist told me my doctor only prescribed one box. My meds have to be a 90day supply or my insurance won't cover it. Well, my doctor called in my prescription. The Pharmacist said they were all out on back order. He checked the computer to show me it was one box, not one prescription. So, I was right and they gave me the other two boxes Luke a magic trick. Because I was told they were all out. No apology from him, just extremely bad customer service

If there’s not a 20 minute wait for a prescription at there drive thru or the incompetent staff inside taking 5 hours to fill a single prescription… Definitely going back to Amazon pharmacy retail pharmacy is not where it’s at service is sub par…

CVS screws up my medications often. Had to switch pharmacies for better service. CVS prices are higher as well.

The specifics of my concerns and opinions regarding this pharmacy will be expounded on in a complaint to the Michigan Licensing and Regulation Agency and not in a Google Review. I would advise anyone against using this location unless you have no other options as I did today.
