February 29, 2024 - "Thankful Thursday And Happy Leap Day!" Review # 463 I am updating my previous review from 8/19/2017 with 5 stars again. Although My prescription care coverage has changed to Rite-Aid I frequently stop in using My care pass rewards to shop for other merchandise. The store has new carpeting throughout and the main center areas are for holiday items year round. There's also a clearance section with markdowns. The pharmacy is always busy when I'm passing up and down isles to shop. The self-serve Lottery Machine & ATM is located on the left by the entrance. Rose and Darlene are cheerful and very helpful employees at check out! There is also two Self-Scan check outs to use. Note: Photo attached of their new morning hours at 8:00 AM. This location does NOT have a Drive-Thru Pharmacy and I did notify Yelp! It is located on Romeo Plank at 21 Mile Rd. This CVS is still a busy frequent location for many residents nearby especially before picking up a LC Pizza next door! :-) There's also a United States Postal Mailbox in front of the building. *Did You Know CVS Has over 9,800 Stores! I've been there literally thousands of times. I get my prescription there and the pharmacist is good at what he does. But beware there's a lot of people who get there prescriptions here so call it in before you go and let them know how fast you will be

Went there to purchase a bottle of wine and diapers. My friend tagged along. She didn't bring her purse. The cashier wanted to see her ID as well as mine. I became upset saying my friend can't even drink because she's pregnant (which we were talking about as we walked up to cashier) but she said she wouldn't do it. It's not a state law. There was no reason for her to deny me the purchase. I went to Rite aid and their prices were better. Go across the street.

Went to CVS to grab hamburger buns and when the cashier rang up my order I told her that the shelf had a different price. She said “ Well that’s the price” if I didn’t need it, I would have went somewhere else just for the principle of it.

Fantastic store and have absolutely no complaints regarding the staff there but was very surprised to hear that they lost their camera to take passport photos. I’m beginning to think maybe my kids work at the store.

Broke Trash CVS Wouldn't allow checkout at register made us go self checkout. Would not cash lottery because they don't have cash

Pharmacy is closed for lunch apparently. Doesn’t make a whole Lot of sense because it seems like people would use their lunches to come and get their medication. Not sure why they can’t just eat lunch on shifts like the other pharmacies but I don’t have time in my day to sit here and wait for them to re-open. I’m done with this location. And I’ve been coming here for years.

This is kind of like McDonald’s where none of their ice cream machines ever work in a 100-mile radius. At this location, their photo printer never works and they don’t have anyone in their humongous corporation that knows how to fix it but they seem to advertise that they offer passport-sized photos. Can anyone say false advertising with me?

The lady who helped me this afternoon was one of the nicest employees I’ve ever come in contact with at a store. She noticed me carrying my sleeping 2 year old around and asked if she could help me while shopping and also after checking me out asked if I needed help carrying my bag out to the car. I wish there were more people out there like her. So pleasant and thoughtful and genuinely NICE! Thank you!! I can’t wait to come back to see her smiling face! ❤️
