Price change without telling me before they charge me. Picked up three scripts and when I got home noticed one went from $4.45 to $17.09. when I called back they informed me that was the "new policy" for over-the-counter drug's even with a doctor's script. No additional discount - Full Price !!

February 29, 2024 - "Thankful Thursday And Happy Leap Day!" Review # 464 I am updating my previous review from 6/24/2017 with 5 stars again. This location is 2 miles from another CVS store that I shop at but this one is larger and has a Drive-Thru Pharmacy. In the past I also used their drive up COVID testing back in 2019 and 2020 when it was offered which was very healthy convenient! Although My Prescription care coverage has changed to Rite-Aid I shop here when in the area up and down Romeo Plank or driving on 23 Mile Rd. for Reward Receipt Coupons with Care Pass! This location sells beer, wine and liquor and has a instant lottery machine up front near the check-out. There are Two Self- Scan machines to pay for merchandise in a quick Grab & Go busy way. The staff has improved and there's always one or two employees up front to assist at check out with coupons or other needed helpfulness. Did you know CVS Has over 9,800 Stores! This location has also changed their morning hours to 8:00 AM. Photo attached of hours for 7 days a week. This CVS has a Clearance section with markdowns and sometimes in the main entrance area too. Just waited in the drive through pharmacy longer than necessary since it took a while for the person before me to figure out his Rx situation. Nonetheless, finally get to pull forward to the window and the pharmacist rudely closes the gate as I’m at the window and says “im going to lunch come back after 2pm if you want to pick up your Rx”. As if grabbing my RX would take anymore than 2 minutes.Rude, and pretty unreal that she would even shut the gate as a customer is sitting there, which she knew prior because you can see the cars in the drive through.So now I will be switching to Walgreens for my RX’s because I know they take care of their customers and would of grabbed my RX and not closed the gate in my face.

This is the best pharmacy. The pharmacists go out of their way to help you. It is so sad they are closing this store. There are a lot of new subdivisions going up in the area that will utilize a pharmacy. The corporate bosses should have driven around the area and see what is happening in this area!

Moved recently and my new pharmacy says this pharmacy refuses to send my family's prescriptions to them and that they were being super rude on the phone. So I call the pharmacy myself and I get chewed out. Seems like the new pharmacy is telling the truth. ?♀️ whatever.

I refuse to go to this pharmacy any longer. The cranky washed up white lady with the “Karen” bangs is so rude and unpleasant every time I go there. She chews her gum like a cow and is so unprofessional. I’ve switched to Rite Aid for all my medications. Do not recommend.

Nita is the worst employee with a terrible attitude. She works in the pharmacy. Treats customers disrespectful, zero customer service skills. I will never fill a prescription here again because of her!

Attempted to use the minute clinic for testing today. I was told I was lying about showing up on time (230pm) as I had been waiting for 10 minutes in the drive through line. Exact wording, from the staff member. I was then told that I didn't have an appointment despite having a confirmation code and an email showing their location. Extremely rude. I asked for a supervisor or manager who despite being nicer and at least taking my confirmation code said that I was not showing and they had no testing available today she didn't know how I would have been able to schedule an appointment.

A very friendly staff and manager. The only issue is sometimes employees are stocking, and no one at register, but they have a u scan, so it's not a big deal.

I recently moved my prescription service to this CVS location after dealing with issues with Walgreen's on several occasions. I needed antibiotics and had to chase around the prescription only to find that the Walgreen's I had it sent to was closed. It took almost 3 hours to get my prescription in hand but the women who helped me at CVS were amazing. I was so frustrated and in pain and just trying to get the prescription and get home. It got to the point that I started getting emotional because I was just so exhausted. The ladies at CVS pharmacy took the extra time to make sure I could get what I needed and get home and never lost their patience even though they knew I had. Thank you so much for being so kind.
