It's pretty sad that you advertise 48 hour turnaround times for COVID test results, then add a disclaimer in small print that you can't guarantee them. How can CVS get PCR results to customers in less than 24 hours, but you can't? I have been waiting for 3 days. I trusted your copany, but I still don't have my results from you and you provide no way to check the status.

The 21 Mile and Card store is a complete abomination. They consistently bill me incorrectly and every time I go in there is a problem. The staff is completely unhelpful. They have no idea how to fix anything and just blame it on the computer. Tonight the clerk out in my information so many times it recognized it as fraudulent and blocked her from doing anything. Now here I am without my prescription. This is unacceptable. And they have the audacity to tell me the pharmacy manager and store manager will not be in until Monday, which is three days away.
