“Disaster struck and i lost my home and my vehicle, shopping for a car is always stressful and things happen but the caliber of people you surround yourself with can make or break an outcome. I talked to many different toyota dealers and different sales people at this particular dealership. First impression honestly, is NOT impressive, but about comparative to most dealers these days in the area.(like not greeting new customers, not knowing who works there and who doesn't), after not having the best first impressions with passing workers and the first "new guy" who was just not experienced enough to know the car he was selling.. , i walked out and had sadly resigned that this dealership was not the kind of place to do business. I left, went home, talked to my wife, and then decided to call a manager by phone and explain my situation and ask if this is the way dealers do business in 2025, and although there have been a lot of changes, he said if i gave them another chance, maybe i could change my mind.. long story short from here.. i bought a car i wasnt intending to buy and im lining up ANOTHER one soon. John is the kind of professional who makes you feel heard, understood, and although we know he is a SALES person.. he kept the professional open mindedness you don't see anymore. I think that is super amazing. Not to mention he took the time to explain to me the changes that have taken place and boy.. things are different ? shoutout to John and I'll be using this dealership for buying and selling..for as long as I live here. Highly recommended.”

“CARSTAR was the best place to bring my car. After a bad experience at another body stop, that ultimately lead me to bring my car here- it was the best decision. Joe and everyone at this place were very professional and even offered me a loaner car for free, which no other shops were willing to do. My car looks brand new and I’m very happy with this experience. Even though this body shop is not Tesla certified, I would 100% recommend any Tesla owners to trust this shop for any and all repairs. “Due to accidents with two of our cars at the same time (Deer), we decided to go to Auto Body Service Centers because in the past they have been very fast and thorough with our repairs.They work directly with my insurance company, so, I don't have to worry about checks going back and forth, they get paid directly.We will continue to come here for our repairs, but hopefully not for a little while.”

“Yes good afternoon I went to Mike's Auto repair a little while ago wanted to get some rest on my fender coming through fixed I don't know the lady's name but she came out there and looked at it with me very upfront and told me that they could fix it but to rushed once it gets in there like cancer and would just come back a short period later maybe 6 months maybe a year maybe as long as two so I think that she was very honest if I have any other auto repairs that I need collision work I would definitely bring it to them”

“The Collision Shop was recommended to me by a neighbor and it proved to be a great experience. I worked with Moe, who was professional while being personable and customer service oriented. He maintained consistent communication and kept me abreast of my car repair progress and ETA. The driver side front end was terribly damaged, but looking at my car you would never know. Better still - they returned my car to me freshly DETAILED!! What a fabulous and unexpected surprise! I definitely recommend this body shop for your car repairs.”

“Recently discovered/found Herb's while meeting a buddy at Rubber Duck Bar (attrative bar tenders, pricy beer). Had a dent in my 2021 KIA lease that needed to fixed. Showed Herb the two estimates that i received and he agreed to work off the lower of the two with the exception of no aftermarket bumper cover available. Dropped vehicle off on a Tuesday and picked up on Friday of the same week. Due to the expense of a rental vehicle (did not turn repaid into insurance) Herb pulled a miracle in getting parts, repaired, and painted. KIA looks in showroom condition. Don't think you need to go to a dealer or a collision shop chain to get quality body work done!!! Highly recommend!!”

“A few months ago, I dropped my 2020 GT500 off with Lidio to have a return style fuel system installed. Lidio and his team were meticulous, professional and used the utmost attention to detail when installing the system. They made sure almost every component of the system is hidden from plain view, as well as away from heat, dirt and moisture. The car has ran absolutely perfect on 20 psi with the current setup, and I couldn't be happier with my experience.”

“My experience with the repairs for my car did take longer than expected but, during that time they were thoughtful & considerate. Over & above in waiving the deductible, offering a free loaner, stay later or come in on a Saturday for me to get my car & paid some of the rental bill. “Amazing! Went for initial estimate and they were real upfront and honest and seemed to be about saving us money. Got a couple other estimates other places but this was the lowest estimate so went with them, payed for parts and waited until they were all in to get work done. Dropped off on Wednesday late morning, picked up Saturday morning but was done Friday afternoon. Price never went up either! The amount quoted was the amount we payed, plus took 200 off for paying in cash!! Car looks amazing! Did a great job! Def would recommend!Service: Body & Trim”
