An absolutely useless organization.Found it much easier to order my own products through online sources.Called them three times in two days, about same issue.They either didn't know how to fix the problem or didn't care if the issue was taken care of.After running out of supplies,Had to take the individual, who needed them to ER.ER doctor actually fired Beaumont home care for not doing their job.

Went in at 4:30pm, after their website and door said they were open until 5pm, but they were closed. Don’t advertise hours if you’re not going to stick around! Very unprofessional!

Nothing but the best service!! The delivery driver was amazing! He took extra time to explain and re explain everything to me!! Way better than Binsons, I made one phone call the receptions was so beyond rude I hung up and called here. I’m so happy with the service from the office staff to the delivery driver!! If you need medical equipment, THIS is the place to go!!!

Laura is the best OT therapist. She always tries to do as much treatments as possible during the time and beyond. Very good equipped for hand therapy. The only reason why I switched to a different OT is because of “Beaumont Health” billing department.

Beaumont durable medical was brought out by another medical supply company. People don't seem to answer the phones like they use to. I think not enough help.

Was told everything was all set and someone would call to set up apt. Waited 3 weeks. I called back. And now they need all new scripts and they were not at all sorry. Find anywhere else to go. Staff is incompetent and they dont care

Very rude customer service....even before asking what insurance I have. Stated I could not get a breast pump prior to having my baby while my insurance company clearly stated I can. Big mistake calling here

Horrible! Find somewhere else to go these people have no idea what is going on or do not help the customers they flat out screw you! On hold for long periods of time every time you need to talk to someone. The automated system tells you you're good and the supplies will be sent but they never send the supplies because apparently you need to call them to confirm but they don't tell you that. Makes no sense.

Worst service! Each time I call for medical equipment refills I wait on hold 20 to 30 minutes. The last time I ordered supplies, it took a month to receive them. Do not use this company!!!

I am happy that they got me a replacement cpap machine that they covered under warranty for the 3rd time. It appears that at least one unit had been water damaged in the past. It should have been told to me that this was the case instead of the 3 ladies putting me through an almost gestopo like interrogation. I felt extremely uncomfortable. I really think I will start looking for another place to do my business. I have always been happy with all of the employees at Beaumont's locations, but like another reviewer said they are pushing people away from their business because of their treatment of us patients/customers. The main lady I was dealing with was very helpful though in explaining why she thought I was having a problem. I just wish the product they supply was better quality.
