I'm so impressed with Lynn & the other sweet lady at the main door registration desk. It's my first time here & they were so accommodating. I had to bring in my husband for an MRI & had forgot to bring the order. They told me not to worry & they called the doc & got the order over the phone. MRI came with a special wheelchair to take him.back there. He has Parkinson's & I have heart failure. I was told that he would bring him back to the front & to just relax. I would recommend this hospital to anyone & only wish I knew it was so close because I would have went here before ?

Staff was professional and friendly.
Wendy in preop was great as well a Jenna my OR RN. Lynn, my Crna answered all my questions, she took time to explain the process and made me feel safe.
Overall an exceptional experience.

Always great service and fast. These people go above and beyond. So thankful my insurance is accepted with them. I did have one though that wasn't very comforting or even seem to care but the person still did the job. Sometimes they are overloaded also so hopefully that's all it was. We all have our days. I do not ever want to switch as long as st. Johns employees are around!

My procedure was added on last minute, The day before. And I cannot be Kylie enough about how smooth and efficient the process was from start to finish. All the staff at the surgery center were fantastic. Very comforting and answering all of my questions along the way from start to finish. Anesthesia team was great!. Surgeon was also great. I would absolutely choose this facility for future procedures if needed.
