We met a man working there who was so kind to provide tips on where to drive for the best scenic routes. Unfortunately I did not get his name. However it is to note that his kindness made our day better. Given the experience, could not leave without purchasing something. This gift shop is the most unique in the area. It's in a more secluded area, but a gem. You will find things you cannot find in any of the other shops in the area. We left with a wooden bookmark and Michigan napkin holder.

Wonderful knowledge of Great Lakes lighthouses well presented; great giftshop onsight and online with items purchased quickly sent; knowledgeable narrators on the Shepler lighthouse cruises. all around great people!
