Bought a t shirt...took it to my hotel to try it on..said 2x but was still too small. Took it back..tags eere on and had receipt. Store clerk refused to give me my money back or exchange it. That is not fair or good business.

Went here and purchased a hoodie & sweat pants. Told the man that they totally scorched hoodie, he said “ I promise it’s not Scorched, it’s the powder from Decal. Take it home wash it , I promise will be fine. I kept debating it & he kept insisting.! I get the hoodie home & pants wash them … the hoodie is still scorched and pants the decals are all falling off. Called to speak to owner , a man answered and could not help me at all . Other times I called no one answered.

Went to this store on my birthday and purchased a couple hoodies. The lady ringing me said the machine wasn’t working and tried my card twice. I then paid cash because she said her machine wasn’t working. No problem. I then looked up on my bank statement to see i had been charged twice in addition to the cash I had paid, I called and the clerk said their boss would get ahold of me. I haven’t heard from them in days and they let their phone ring and ring. I’m out over 112$ because of poor manegment. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE

WARNING!!! DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE. I went to this store to look at a sweatshirt. The tag stated $9.99. The owner refused to honor the price even though 2 shirts were marked with the $9.99 price. He accused me of switching tags and trying to steal from him. Michigan law require merchants to honor the tagged price. This shop is not owned by a local person. The owner is disrespectful of Michigan laws. PLEASE buy local. Do not buy from this store.P.S. the workers in the store were wonderful.

Many of my friends and family travel to Mackinaw City. If you do please do not spend money at this store. My mom was there this weekend and was treated horribly. Someone had mismarked a sweatshirt and so my mom brought it up to purchase for that price. Under Michigan Law any item that is marked as a price must be sold at the marked price or lower. My mom is not the type of person to change price tags but the store manager accused her of that exactly. She explained this law to him and he became extremely enraged and started yelling at her in front of everyone. She is contacting the BBB but please do not go here.

nice clothes, however the refund policy is outrageous. this store has been around for 20 years, and they don’t do refunds for anything. don’t waste your time here.

Nice place. Helper was very patient with my inane requests and helpful. What you really should be using this store is custom image printing onto a piece of clothing of your request- all the premades can be bought at other places for less

Was excited when we went into the store. The young lady who was working was very friendly and gave us time to chose our purchase. We purchased two jackets at a very good price. Walked out feeling like we would definitely go back when visiting Mackinaw. Once we got home we realized that one of the jackets was missing the hood. Many attempts to reach someone by phone has been a failure. No answer, hang up or picked and put on hold or laid the phone down. I am greatly disappointed. It would be nice if somehow someone from the store could at least contact to discuss our options in this situation.

I thought I saw a sign in the window that said all items $9.99 so it sounded like my kind of place. When I went inside there was a wide variety of Schertz including t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts etc. Only some of them were $9.99, others were up to $30 dollars or so. I only saw a couple shirts in lavender or purple and they didn't look like they would fit well and were made out of fairly thin material so I didn't end up buying anything, but I enjoyed looking around.
