I had to fax an important legal document by midnight tonight. I arrived at this UPS store about an hour after it had already closed. Mr Singh saw me at the door and let me in to send the fax. This was service above and beyond my expectations.

While I frequently use UPS for my shipping needs, I have to say that this was probably one of the best experiences I have ever had… especially at this location- with Alex who helped me. He was not only very courteous, but was exceptionally mindful about the care taken in ensuring my package would make it to its end destination both safely and securely. I cannot recommend working with him and this location enough. Thanks for a job well done!

This is the closest UPS to our house and in comparison to other UPS locations, they’re slow, unfriendly, and are not nearly as equipped with proper training for printing services. I’ve tried having things printed here before and it’s been very poor quality, to the point that I’ve gone elsewhere to have the same thing printed. Today, I tried one more time to get something printed and was there for 40 minutes to get 1 colored PDF printed. When it finally printed, it was the wrong size and a blank document. For a place that offers and advertises printing services, you’d think they would know how to print a single sided PDF. I went to the UPS store in Novi and they printed the same thing perfectly within 3 minutes. They were SO friendly and it was clear they knew what they were doing. They even cut it to size for me. I will for sure be back to the Novi location, but won’t go back to the New Hudson location, unless it’s to use their self service Amazon return station.

Have had to use this location a few times in the past. Every time I do I arrive a couple minutes before the listed time that they open. Not once have they been open and ready for business! Today is no different! It’s 8:40am(opens at 8:30am) and the place is still dark! C’mon
