The owners truly care about their employees and it shows in the innumerable bonuses, trips, and experiences that they provide. I appreciate the understanding from management/owners when it comes to family matters. They work with you to be able to handle unexpected situations and you truly feel their support. Just had the WORST experience. I ordered 1 box of Medium green nitrile gloves in April and another in June. During a service yesterday, I opened one of the boxes and the gloves fit like XL. I could barely apply product because they were sliding off. This is actually the 2nd occurrence but the first I let slide because mistakes happen, I ordered S but they fit like M. CHEAP SELL OUT OWNER! As a professional, who has been in the business for 20 years, I won't shop here anymore. I learned that I have to spend 99 dollars a month to get my pro discount! This is for the owner...stop being so cheap! FYI many of my cosmetologist friends are not shopping here anymore either!
