I was amazed when I entered this Ford dealer. It has to be one of the largest dealers around. But what truly amazed me was the customer service provided by Jake Sestak. We went into this dealer 45 minutes from home just to check out what options they had. I also went to two other ford dealers within 7 minutes from my address. I ended up going back to Jake because he was very informative, always made himself available to answer questions and was very patient with us being first time new car buyers. I definitely recommend Jake Sestak and will be returning next time I need a vehicle.

Salesman Rick Hawk is the best! He should be Salesman of the Year. Financing team is the best. Multiple car purchases over many years and all were enjoyable. Very friendly dealership overall. Good experience with service department when needed. No complaints over all the years and cars purchased

Drove off the lot Friday feeling relieved after an amazing experience here! From the moment we walked in the door, we knew we'd be taken care of! This is the 2nd car Constantin has sold to someone in our family and both times the service was nothing short of amazing! During the sale, it was clear that he cared about us as people and wanted to make sure we had a car that was the right fit for our family. We are telling everyone we know about this experience and plan to come right back to Hines Park Ford for any future purchases!!
