Pete Kavalos is the best. He called me on a SUNDAY to help me with a question. Flagstar sold my mortgage to a new company and something wasn’t right. The customer service is excellent at this Flagstar Bank branch. I made an error with a deposit. With one phone call the good people at Flagstar were there to help and my error was fixed. They are always so helpful!
