Recently visited this dealership for a lease car enquiry and found out that Hyundai does not offers lease program to global professionals if visa is any less than 2years. This is strange information coming from Hyundai or the dealership. Not sure how Hyundai can support in this matter. Also the dealership is short on the staff who handles this program…. Sad experience.

Thought it was going to be different, but in typical Sales fashion…over promising and undelivered.Spoke with James regarding the Ionic 5. Gave him an offer and he tells me I’ll present to Sales Manager and call you right back. That was last Friday. You guessed it NO CALL BACK.Ended up an another dealership and purchased the car.

I purchased a 2024 Genesis GV80 from this dealer … the sales team was great (James), but this dealership should never have been trusted to steward the Genesis brand here in Michigan. Their finance team asked to me share screenshots of my personal banking information to make sure that I could afford the 50% down payment I was making on the vehicle. They claimed they needed this to ensure that my wire transfer would clear … but they then asked me to cancel my wire transfer and go to the local chase bank (down the street) to get a cashiers check. I guess I must not look like the standard Genesis buyer. Tough to see such a great brand being represented by such an incompetent dealer leadership team. This is first and only time I have been asked by any dealer to screenshot my checking account balance and then send the screenshot to a member of the finance team. Please keep in mind this was after they had already ran my credit and secured my financing (so they already knew all that information). I guess they didn’t believe I could actually afford the down payment I was making that day. I’ve filed a complaint with the Genesis brand - hopefully this dealer won’t be selling these beautiful cars for too much longer

This is a service review only. The service center is so backed up or slow overall that your now waiting months to get in to see why my check engine light is on. Seems like Hyundai corporation needs to pick up the ball here in Michigan if this is how it is going to be.Update : tried calling service to cancel my appointment and couldn't even get through to Service or the operator. Hit 0 and nobody picked up and "voicemail was full" so it dropped my call. Called back to service and they picked up and then hung up on me. Call operator back same .. full voicemail dropped call.Called Service again and it rang 5 times and they blocked my call and got a friendly message from google for some service prior to getting my called dropped. Called a 5th time to sales. Randy Lewis picked up on first ring and said they are very busy and tried to cover for service and customer service. He offered to give my info himself to them but nobody ever called back. So it sounds like nobody but Randy Lewis give a care about any customers and this location, Dropping them to 1 star !

No problems when I went for an oil change. Clean bathrooms. Fast Internet. TV was on. Free coffee, bottled water, car wash. Friendly to me at least and fair priced. I went in at 7am

Service department could have killed my family (or someone else's for that matter). I had my vehicle serviced with an oil change and tire rotation before a long trip. Left the dealership with my allegedly "completed" services around 5pm on a long drive. Thought the roadway was rough because of loud sound, but got about 200 miles into a 650+ mile trip to hear a horrible sound from my tires... checking my tire pressure and realizing it was fine, but something was not, we stopped at the next safest spot to find that one of my tires had lost a lug nut and had a severed stem. My husband then checked the other lug nuts on that tire, as well as the rest to find none of them were tight. Time to empty out the back of my trip packed car to get to a lug nut wrench to hand tighten (best we could because all service centers anywhere near us were closed). We had to spend the remaining miles driving 55 to be safe and stopping regularly to re-hand tighten the lug nuts until arrival the next morning at a Hyundai dealership in Salisbury, MD (thankfully). That dealership was awesome... fit me in on a Saturday morning; had the parts we needed; found that all of the lug nuts had only been hand tightened (by my husband); fixed it and over $200 and another 2 hours later we were finally headed to our vacation spot.We were very luck none of the tires came off the car. Not only could my family have been seriously injured or died, but we could have seriously hurt or killed someone else! No idea whether we did any permanent damage, because ultimately driving without one lug nut on a tire can cause wheel bearing and stud damage. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! In addition, they never re-set my oil change reminder (that is, if they actually changed the oil).

I just leased a 2023 Sonata from this dealership. This was the third vehicle I have got from them. This time, like the other times was flawless without any drama. They are very knowledgeable about the products and the staff is very nice and helpful. Kudos to my sales representative David Wilson for being there to help me through this process. Highly recommended. I will be back!

I showed up on a holiday weekend and did not have high hopes that I would be able to pick up the car I wanted if I had decided to buy. From the moment I walked in, I was treated very well, every question I had was answered and when I made my decision to purchase, the entire process was seamless and efficient with no pressure. My daughter brought her car in for a diagnostic on Monday. Here it is Friday evening, and she was told they won't get to it until Monday. They told me that this is a problem that everyone was having, but I don't believe it. I have never seen this kind of delay in even looking at a car in my entire life. We gave them the car for a repair in late December, and it took them 6 days to get it back to us. Us. I recommend that nobody ever goes here to get their car fixed.

Sales Consultant, David Wilson, was a joy to work with. He's a true "car guy" and seems to really enjoy his job. David knows all features well and did a great job of explaining them to my daughter during and after the sale. If you are not warming up to the cold, "human-less" car buying experience, go see David. He makes the in-person car shopping experience great. Low pressure, attentive, patient, responsive, and knowledgeable come to mind.Enjoy the classic buying experience while you still can! Stay away from this place for service!! Very disappointed with the work that was done on my car, and the price for the amount of work done.For starters, they wanted to charge me nearly $350 for a simple replacement of a headlight and fog light (no electrical issues, just a simple replacement).In addition, I had an issue with my car’s axle that they failed to correctly identify, despite having my car for two weeks. They told me it was caused by my steering rack and wanted to charge me over $3000 to replace the entire rack and pump. Thankfully, I then took my car to a local mechanic, who quickly identified that it was a simple axle issue, replaced it within a day and charged only $900.Despite Feldman’s terrible price/work on my car, I gave two stars because they have friendly service, a nice lounge, and a convenient shuttle service. They were also good with sending me updates on my car’s status.

Had to call a week ahead for an oil change. Paid for oil change and for hvac service that included a engine wash and car wash. Got the car back, engine was still dirty as well as the car. The car wash brush can't reach the back of the car? Wheels still muddy also. Didn't even have an oil sticker in the car. Asked for replacing a part and was told I have to leave the car for a week. What kind of desperate dimwit lets the dealership keep a car for a week so they can figure out how to best fit it into their incompetent processes. They still tried to sell me some kind of 'let's find out what's wrong' bogus charge - available immediately. Third world quality and work performance.
