The team did an excellent job working on finding the best financing option for my new 2023 Blazer Premier. Nikola went out of his way to explain all the features of the new vehicle during test drive and also after completing the sale. Very happy with the purchase.

The short of it is that at best this Feldman dealership and service department is incompetent, at worst they are straight up negligent and dangerous. I would not recommend that you put yourself or anyone you love in a vehicle sold by or serviced by this Feldman dealership. In late 2022 we put down a deposit on a trailblazer, specified the options we wanted and they promised to order us the vehicle. They not only failed to order the vehicle-missing the deadline to allow a specifically ordered car, but had also LOST/FORGOTTEN about our deposit. Luckily they had a vehicle on order that matched our requirements. The day it came it they specifically asked us when we were picking up the vehicle so that it would be detailed and ready. We gave them 24 hours to prepare the vehicle. We arrived, the vehicle had yet to be detailed. As we sat going through the financials we noticed that once again they had LOST/FORGOTTEN our deposit. About three quarters of the way through the buying process they finally started to detail the vehicle, causing us to wait around for an additional HOUR waiting for the vehicle. I missed a work meeting because I expected the car to be ready at 11 am, not at 2:30 pm. They did an incomplete job with the detailing leaving adhesive on the windshield. After this, my husband filled out the survey for the dealership indicating that we weren’t fully happy with our experience at the dealership. The manager called me, aggressively screaming at me on the phone instead of taking constructive criticism and admitting that maybe they didn’t fully meet their mark.We went back for our first oil change and the warranty work on the vehicle. We mentioned at the time the poor job detailing the vehicle and that there was still adhesive on the windshield. They did not bother to address the adhesive. When we picked up the vehicle, I was handed the key and had to walk out and search the lot for my own car. Clearly customer experience is not a priority for this Feldman location. A month later Feldman proceeded to contact me about the warranty work that had already been done on the vehicle before realizing it had already been repaired. We hit the absolute last straw last week. I hit a pot hole and lost control of my vehicle and went over a curb, extensively damaging my tire and rim. We took the vehicle in, explained what happened and mentioned we had purchased the tire warranty plan. The service person pulled up our account and stated we had not. Sure enough, we go home, search our records and find the paperwork proving we had the tire plan. My husband ran it to the service department and was told, “oh yeah, I guess it will be covered.” They called a little bit later stating the only issue with the vehicle was the tire and rim and that everything else was fine, but told my husband there was a balance due and he again had to remind them of the tire plan coverage to not be charged. At pick up my husband noticed that the tire that was replaced was sitting incorrectly and knew there was more damage. He took the vehicle to another mechanic who within moments told us a strut was bent and that this car was too dangerous to drive. My husband returned to Feldman to discuss this problem with the dealership because MISSING A CRITICAL SAFETY ISSUE ON A VEHICLE IS NEGLIGENCE. The service team kept downplaying the severity of the issue, stating “people drive in vehicles like that all the time.” My husband pointedly asked this service rep “Would you let your wife or kids ride in that vehicle?” and his answer was NO. So my vehicle is safe for me, a customer to drive, but not for your own family? The service rep asked my husband to give them another chance since “everyone deserves a second chance.”At this point Feldman, you’ve had 4 shots to get your act together, admit your mistakes and you’ve failed. Please, please use any other dealership, this one could kill you or your family with their lack of care for their customer.

I bought a 2020 Blazer in 2020. A few years later the transmission was slipping. They had to replace the transmission and I learned that this a common issue. While it was there they also said the radiator was leaking even though I never saw a leak before. They fixed this and used the warranty company for payment. However, I was experiencing noise and smelling oil. I brought it back in just months following the transmission work and they said a part was leaking oil and it was also covered warranty. However, they said my battery was bad even though I never had an issue with this and charged me $470 for this battery. When I asked for my old battery to be put back in my vehicle because the battery cost $256 elsewhere. They told me that it would only save $80 because the rest of the fees were labor to exchange the battery. They also tried telling me I had bad brakes and tires. They are rip off artists and scammers. I would never recommend them to repair anything. I bought two cars from them but I won’t be back.

I would avoid this dealership at all costs, there is a culture in place that doesn't value customer experience or satisfaction in any way. there are so many better choices in the area.

Liars and Thieves! I bought a used 2015 Equinox in July of 2017. I purchased a 10 year 100,000 mile warranty. I specifically remember the finance guy asking me how many miles I drove a year and he said the 10 year, 100,000 mile warranty would be perfect. My friend that went with me remembers this conversation and I even have notes that I made saying the same and what the warranty covered. Move forward 6 years and 3 months and I have a repair bill of $2594 that is not covered because surprise, surprise, the warranty was only for 6 years. The finance guy outright lied to me. Yes, the paperwork showed 6 years, but when they have you signing piles and piles of paperwork, you take a leap of faith and trust the person asking you to sign. So I paid over $2600 for an extended warranty that I only used one time and it saved me a whole 8 dollars. I called Feldman and what a surprise, that employee is no longer working there and nothing they can do. What a bunch of thieves. I will have nothing to do with the Feldman franchise moving forward and suggest everyone do the same.

Debora and the lube team were great. On time professional and very consumer minded. Joe Rogers and his team are the best. I will and have recommended all customers to use us as their service center... Thanks and keep up the good work...

I don't even know where to begin, just stay away. Please. If you value your money and self respect then just go somewhere else. Also, don't ever bring your vehicle to the service department here, they are extremely incompetent. Run away as fast as you can.

I currently have a Buick Envision the lease for which expires in 9 months. I’ve been considering buying the vehicle as I understand lease payments are much higher than I currently pay. I really love the Trailblazer so I wandered in to Feldman Chevy in New Hudson where Nikolai took the time to understand what I was looking for. Unfortunately he said that Trailblazers had not been being shipped and weren’t really expected anytime soon. But he would keep me in mind if any show up. About a week later he called to let me know that several Trailblazers had just arrived. He picked out one that he felt had what I wanted, while trying to get acceptable lease payments. I fell in love with the vehicle, and the dealership paid my lease off and we’re able to get me in my new vehicle for under $400/month. I appreciated Nik contacting me immediately when available Trailblazers arrived. And he made the entire turn-in/purchase process so easy! He is truly a kind and hardworking employee!

Anna LeBlanc is a great sales associate. She is very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. She kept us informed on the status of our new vehicle and was always available to answer our questions with a prompt response. We will certainly recommend her to anyone who needs a vehicle, and we hope that she will be available the next time that we need to visit a dealership.

On way to inquire on a new vehicle due to lease end my tire pressure light came on. Sales rep Gregory Green had service check it out and they determined I needed a tire sensor, which was replaced. I did not have an appointment and was taken care of with no delay. Both sales and service were excellent!!! Will definitely recommend this dealership

I took my truck for service and they crashed it and it took them almost a month to deliver it to me because the first time they called me that it was already finished and they did a very poor job as you can see in the photos. I do not recommend them, very bad service and work from the paint shop.

Greg Green went out of his way to take care of me with my purchase and delivery. He knew what I wanted more than I knew what I wanted. In fact, the whole team at the dealership I interacted with was outstanding in their efforts to make sure I was 100% satisfied with my purchase. Great job and thanks much!

Entire sales team has been professional, responsive, and informative. Tyler, Mike, and Cody have made this the most stress free car buying experience I’ve had yet. I appreciate them going above and beyond to make this deal possible. Thank you from Florida!
