The lobby sometimes closes up to 30 minutes before it is suppose to. At 3pm the door was locked and the hours starts open until 3:30

This woman should be fired!! I have a post office box and mail box!! She keeps sending back my mail!! Saying wrong address!!

Karen was very nice and helpful. There were times where I didn't receive my package because I don't have a physical mailing address and just a P.O. Box and she always put my package in my box when they were supposed to refuse it. The guy that works there now is also nice and once he gets to know you and where you are he will always put your package in your box or behind the counter. Very helpful when I need to mail things also and the prices are fair.
