was in the store today for service. lady very unprofessional. told her i was sorry and she ignored me. wife asked for a note to right on lady had a uncalled response. all she cared about was selling us mobile phones.

Picked up my router easy. Didn't have an issue with set up. They did try to sell me a phone but it's retail, what do you expect
