“What a great facility! Great convenient location right off S Washington with easy unloading and loading access brand new units in a converted building all climate controlled out of the heat and the cold! There is even a coffee bar in the front of the building with a view of the south Ludington neighborhood. Great for a quick charge up. Very down to earth and super responsive landlord! Wouldn’t hesitate again if I’m in the area. Thanks!”
“We rented a storage unit for my mother in law. Being 2 hours away, Chad was great from the initial contact of setting us up with one, all the way until we cleaned it out. Customer service is phenomenal. Always a call back same day if he didn’t answer and never had any issues with the facility itself. Would definitely recommend them!”

“Excellent Storage Facility. Very secure- gated with passcode. Nice paved lot large-enough to pull a trailer into. Concrete flooring inside the units. Our items stayed i’m storage for 11 months and were in perfect shape when we moved out. Maple Leaf will be my first choice for storage, in the future.”
