Ludington branch. Gena a very customer caring person truly dedicated in resolving technical, and billing problems. Both matters were taken care of by this bright young lady. She gets Ann all 5 star rating. Where we can sincerely give Cricket itself a 3 out of a 5 star rating. Cricket doesn't know how close we came to loosing a 2 line customer $80.00 per month. Gena saved all that went wrong. Thank you Gina.

Been with cricket for 5 years and the customer service is always great . Nino is very patient and understanding and Ruben was also very helpful as well!

Cricket has excellent customer service, which I definitely appreciate. However, they have a less than spectacular selection of phones, and the deals to upgrade your old phone aren't near as good as most other providers. The monthly rates are excellent though, almost making up for the higher priced devices.

I was having problems with my Cricket phone and stopped in to trouble-shoot. Representative Nino G. competently, courteously, humorously, checked the phone over, resolved the issues and I left the store with a big smile on my face.Gino, THANK YOU, you are my CRICKET MAN!

Super fast Service. Very professional. Darien knows her stuff. She got two phones going for us in less than 20 minutes. Cricket Rocks. ❤️ Especially this location. I have been to other locations and I was not impressed, that I walked out. But this location is awesome.
