Hard to get your prescription refilled when they're not open for 2 days!

I love this pharmacy. I have to use mail in for most of my prescriptions due to my insurance, but for everything else this is my go to. Their phone system is easy to use to get status updates, as well as text and email, both of which I use. I go to the pharmacy in Lowell and everyone is very nice. They usually have my prescriptions ready right away, or are quick to fill them if you drive through and they aren't. I'm always happy with them.

Pharmacy department staff is extremely rude. The pharmacist claimed that my prescription wasn't available when it was, and was adamant I needed another prescription sent in. My doctor then called to resolve the issue and they refused to even look up my information.

Great selection of products and efficient checkout flow. Even when there's a line, the staff is helpful and patient. I've used the pharmacy many times, which I've only had good experiences and I appreciate the call and text reminders for pickup times.

We have had several prescriptions refilled on a monthly basis at the Lowell store for years. Recently we asked Erin in pharmacy to purchase 10 small medicine bottles for a craft project and we were refused. Really? This isn't the first time we've had to deal with her rude attitude, but it will be our last. She definitely doesn't like her job and it shows. We will be transferring our prescriptions elsewhere. You've lost our business over ten small bottles. And, by the way, Rite Aid gave us 10 bottles...at no charge.

photo center review- would give zero stars if i could. first off, I order a single poster at 2:00 PM and it said it wouldn't be done till 6:45 PM that day. annoyed knowing it would take less than 10 mins to print my poster (as I can confirm later in this review) I accepted this and was not bothered. 7:45 pm came around and my poster still was not printed. I showed up to the Walgreens and the store was empty so it's not like business made for delay. I asked them if they could print my order so they did. it took SIX minutes to print and then I paid $20 for it and got on my car only to find that the poster was deformed. I went back in and asked them to reprint it and they did it right then and there which was awesome. I then thought I would be able to take the correct print and move on with me day- but no. they made me pay the full price again. I needed up paying $40 for ONE DAMN POSTER. will never be giving them business again, very frustrating. especially being a 22 year old college student and newly wed new home owner, money is MONEY. I could barely afford the 19 dollar poster so doubling the amount was gut wrenching would post the photos of the deformed poster but it is a post wedding gift to my fiancé of me on lingerie so i'll keep it to myself!

The pharmacy staff is extremely rude to me most of the time when I call. I try my best to be polite to them, But they continue to be rude to me most times I have talked to them.

I always receive a friendly greeting when I enter the store. There’s usually an employee nearby to help if needed and they’re great at pointing out opportunities for savings. The pharmacy is amazing. I highly recommend the Lowell Walgreens for your prescription and vaccination needs.

WARNING...DO NOT GO TO WALGREENS!!! It makes me puke to have to leave 1 star! I have never experienced repeated delays in filling and refilling prescriptions and they always have lame excuses when they simply aren't doing their jobs! They are always blaming doctor not following up or they haven't received authorization from insurance company, cannot locate my insurance information, etc, etc, etc! I have heard every excuse imagineable! The last straw, they couldn't find my insurance information and I called another pharmacy I had never been to before and they pulled the information up immediately! There have been times I went without important prescriptions for as long as 3 weeks dealing with their incompetence! NEVER USE THEM!!!

This pharmacy can't seem to consistently handle simple refills. I've had multiple problems with them contacting the wrong doctor, processing the wrong amount of supply and getting denied by insurance, notifying me Rx was ready but then it isn't when I arrive, telling me the doctor denied a refill but the doctor's office tells me they approved it -- you name it, they've messed it up. It's just not worth all of the phone calls that have to be made to fix their messes. Notably, the pharmacy closes for a half-hour for lunch, which you won't know unless you go to their website. In addition, I agree with another reviewer who posted that there is a rude tech here. Rudeness and incompetence just aren't what I'm looking for in what is essentially a medical service industry. It might be ok to shop here if you just want to buy soda pop, but I recommend avoiding the pharmacy.

I've been going to this pharmacy for awhile and I'm there often refilling prescriptions. My husband and I have two insurances and they can't seem to figure that out. When I pick up a script it's always a different amount. I was there Sunday and when I saw the tech that was working I cringed because she is so RUDE! I questioned her on the amount because it was $40 more than last month, and she sighed like I was putting her out. She billed the wrong insurance and I overpaid. I refuse to give that location anymore business.
