“I am unsure why U-Haul lets you reserve a truck weeks in advance and then call you the day before and say you will not be able to get it at your preferred location, but they have one 45 minutes away. Thankfully I was able to call the Lowell location directly and they were able to help me out with a plan B. They were super helpful and friendly. I will not hesitate to use them again.”
