We chose this place to use for storage for 6 months after our apartment building caught on fire & I completely forgot to tell them that we were moving our stuff out and closing our account and they did it for us without me even asking!! That was so incredibly nice of them to do instead of continuing to charge us. They could have easily of kept charging us when we didn’t have anything in the unit but they chose not to, that is a good business.I hope we never have to use a storage unit again but if we do we will be back!

Not recommended for outside storage. No security cameras and no barbed fencing. Very easy for anyone to get in undetected. My catalytic converter was stolen from my motorhome, and no way to identify the culprit. The owner actually laughed on the phone when I told her what happened. I've also noticed 2 seasons in a row that my propane tank was empty in the spring. After getting my propane system tested (no leaks), I can only conclude someone was also stealing propane during the winters. It's less expensive than other places, but I guess you get what you pay for.

The term looks can be deceiving has never been more accurate. The place looks super nice. The price seems super great. What they dont tell you is that the owners patrol the place while your unloading, and have the audacity to question what you are storing. Thankfully I dont keep personal items there because he probably sifts through stuff. So next time you take that padlock they offer, just remember they have the keys.

Don’t accidentally drive on their grass or its the end of the world. Gotta maintain their “yard” in the middle of a parking lot...Most business owners ask if you need help, not this one. Comes out swinging when he should be able to see a family already stressed and having a difficult time. Super disappointed.

Seem really nice so far. VERY clean unit. Easy to deal with and cheaper than any of the other storage businesses around.
