Go to the place by Goodwill in Lowell if you want a pleasant oil change experience, but do come here if you want an awful experience. Got my oil changed here, immediately after they changed my oil I noticed a leak, so I took it back and asked that they ensure all connections are tight. I was told that the leak was somehow not their fault. Had to take my car to the mechanic, the mechanic was shocked to see a drain plug meant for a boat in my vehicle and that the threading was nonexistent. Needless to say, that was most expensive oil change ever due to their negligence and pure stupidity, will not be returning ever...

I went in around 3 for an oil change. An employee told me to come back in 15 minutes because the manager was out and no one knew how to scan me in. I'm disappointed in my experience. Why would the manager leave if no one knows what to do? Ideally I will not be going back.
