Asked an employee if they knew what isle something was located in and was told “No!” very rudely and abrupt before I could even tell them what the item was. They have very few healthy choices, produce isn’t great and many of the healthier items they do have are out of stock. My keys or wallet set off the antitheft detectors, so I get searched every time I come in and out of the front doors like I stole something. It’s great :) We usually pickup our orders and they have been delayed hours at a time multiple times without any notice so we have had to drive home and back to pickup later. I go out of my way to not have to shop at this location.

They are stocked. They run out of stuff and it takes them weeks to get it back! Worst meijer in the state and it is the only store in town!

If making a delivery to this store they don’t allow overnight parking and the receiving lady isn’t very pleasant when checking in . However they do have a restroom inside the store and the staff encountered inside the store were polite and friendly. When coming in on Hwy 21 you will turn left onto Gazin st and follow the drive into the store to the docks there is room to turn around to dock not a difficult dock. I delivered on 7/8/24 some material for the remodel inside the store and the crew I dealt with were helpful and gave me guidance as to where they needed their supplies.

Was told by customer service in the AM that we could take shelter during a tornado. Sirens were going off and all news outlets were telling us to take shelter. We brought our two small dogs, both combined are under 30lbs. Neither have ever bitten anyone and the one was just loud because he's a beagle. After ten minutes of refuge and all other employees petting the dogs, the store director approaches us and forced us to leave in the middle of the storm. Did not get a name. But she was extremely rude, did not care one bit about our safety and the life of our pets. Absolutely disgusting behavior, cold and callused. It was low, lower than most humans should ever stoop. Absolute lack of empathy. Im sickened by her utter lack of character. We were not walking around the store. We were huddled in the bathroom like we were taught as kids and at all emergency work related meetings. I wish there was another place to shop in Lowell because I do not want to give this store money while this terrible woman is working there

Clean and friendly meijer. Everything was spaced and set out to easily find, and there were enough cashiers for a quick and easy check out.

It's a Meijer, so that's a pretty good idea of what it's like. I've noticed that this location tends to run out of produce items more readily than other locations. Right now, July 2024, it's under construction and there's major renovation going on. Hopefully, that means that there's improvements on the way, but it also means everything is a bit more chaotic on the inside and out.

Not a fan of their pick up and delivery system!! I do delivery often but I have to make sure the shopper is in direct contact about items that are not available. Otherwise they will substitute something that is way more expensive for something that I do not want.
