Sent my son in to buy cigarettes, he's 42. Because your manager couldn't scan his Colorado license he refused to sell them to him. There is Way to verify, but your manager was too lazy to do it. I had just gotten out of the hospital so I had to go in to buy them. He also REFUSED to sell them to me. I have shopped at this store for more than 30 yrs and I have never seen anyone so unprofessional and rude as this. You should fire this person immediately. It's not the first time. He's surly, totally indifferent to your customers.

I have been a customer for over 30 yrs. The service at the big marathon gas station in lowell. I was recently had a employee have a bad attitude, swearing, dirty looks raising her voice at me. 4x she has had a anger problem and cussing.im there for marathon business. Not hear to listen to an employee call managers bad names. I have so many complaints against this woman. 6 things she has done wrong. I'm shocked. Never happened before
