I was there and checked in before the online check in was even available to be use but somehow I got put to the back of the list and had an hr wait even know I was one of the first ones there when they opened. Can someone explain?

Brought my niece and her friend and was happy to see more experienced hairdressers. They both have thick long hair and were very happy work the cuts.
