We moved into our new home last November and this company came out to “check” for any leaks. The service tech was in our basement for over an hour fixing a leak connected to our furnace. Then the next day our furnace stopped working and I was rudely told that “our service techs do not tamper with your furnace and we do not deal with this issue.” This lead to us having to pay another company to come out and fix it and we were told it was the door on the front that was put on wrong which had to be removed by the service tech to fix the leak.
Then less than a month after filling our tank to 85% they came out to fill it again. This happened two more times where they came out to fill the tank in less than a month. This is even after keeping our house at a max of 64 degrees because we couldn’t figure out how we were going through propane that fast. At these times the service techs are also supposed to check for any leaks so they had been back to our house 3 times in 2 months of living there. My husband was standing on our porch one day and could smell the propane leaking from our tank. He called them to help fix it and they were not able to come out that day so my husband tightened the loose valve himself. Now since he fixed the problem over 1 month ago our tank is only at 65% and they haven’t had to come out and refill after keeping our house around 67 or higher. Our tank must have been leaking for 3 months straight and somehow no one caught it. Just all seems pretty fishy to me. Unfortunately there’s no way to prove how much propane we actually lost from the leak, otherwise I would be asking for a refund. Not impressed by this company.

I have been dealing with Dependable gas for 15 years or so. They have been so easy to deal with over the years. Whether it's Sue on the phone or the delivery drivers. I would recommend these folks to anyone!

Lady in office is only reason I stayed with them so long. She is great. Whoever answers the phone from time to time needs a little customer service course. He’s rude.Its very difficult to know when you are getting gas. I asked when they could get out to me every-time I ordered a full and was told “I don't know” every time. They don’t have an emergency time they come out either. They will not come out even if you run out in the middleOf winter. They shouldn’t service homes that they can’t get to within 24 hours if you run out of propane.

We are new build home owners and had never used propane before. The entire staff has been helpful and kind. They explained how everything works and were very patient in answering our questions! They are prompt to call you back if needed Highly recommend!

Signed/got keys to our house at 5pm on Friday just to find out we had a empty tank. Called Dependable LP Gas Co as we had their tank Saturday morning for an emergency fill. Came within an hour of calling. Earned our business! Driver who came out (who I'm assuming was the owner) was very friendly & nice. Felt bad that we had to call them out on a Saturday but grateful they came.

Very nice service provider that comes out quicky in times when propane consumption differs from expected and the tank runs dry. Have been using them for 3 years and are quite satisfied.

After being price gouged last winter on propane from a different vendor, I ended up deciding to go with Dependable. I am sure glad I did, these people are very professional, courteous, they know what they are doing, and do what they say they are going to do. Very impressed. Thank you!
